Fair, competitive prices are a standard in our company, however inspectors set their own rates.  We strive to keep our prices very competitive while maintaining the high quality expected by our clients.

There is no magic rate chart. At the time you call and set up your an inspection, I will ask a few questions in which I can then give you a price for the inspection.

I will ask for:

The address (where is the property? how far will I need to drive?)

The square footage of the house?

The age of the house?

Is there a crawlspace or is the foundation a slab?

Prices start at $300.00 and will be determined by above criteria. Price adjustments are made in $25.00 increments.

Remember, you are hiring a Board Certified Master Home Inspector, the highest level home inspector one can hire anywhere in the world. You are getting a Buy Your House Back Guarantee from The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. You will receive your report the same day by email. You will get continuous customer support after the inspection has been done.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Once payment of service is recieved, payment may be refundable for cancellations. However a $25.00 charge will be kept due to payment processing charges.

Payment must be made in full before we can release the inspection report (recommended by state guidelines)

Remember, if shopping for the lowest price on your home inspection, the cheapest price usually represents the least experienced inspector.

The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the joy of low price is forgotten.
